She charged me $285 for alteration to my wedding dress. I gave her more than 2 months and she totally raped me with the price. She kept giving me excuses like she was too busy and when I wanted to pick it up week Of the wedding she said it wasn't finished. So I gave her few extra days (despite the fact I dropped off the dress in February and gave her more than 2 months) and
ReplyDeletepicked it up Day before wedding dress. It wasn't anything that was too difficult or require any add one or anything extra. Just hem and take off extra fabric because it was too flaired. I couldn't believe it. I chose her because of the good reviews but I believe she took advantage of the fact that I went to pick it up Day before my wedding and knew I would pay no matter what. She gave excuses that she did a lot of hand sewing. If it was going to be difficult for her and take so much time and work, wouldn't she let me know before hand so inform me of how much it would cost. Thing is it wasn't anything difficult and I saw her few times to ask about it. She is good what she does, but Totally no integrity. Lost me as a customer.
